Willkommen in der Wohnung Carabela 51! Direkt an der Strandpromenade und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Yachthafens von Puerto de Alcúdia gelegen, befindet sich das Carabela 51 in einer außergewöhnlich privilegierten Lage im Zentrum eines der beliebtesten Urlaubsziele Europas.
Mit direktem Zugang zum herrlichen weißen Sandstrand von Alcúdia und zum gemeinsamen privaten Swimmingpool mit Sonnenliegen, der ausschließlich den Bewohnern dieses Gebäudes vorbehalten ist, ist das Apartment Carabela 51 ideal für alle, die einen Strandurlaub mit allem Komfort suchen.
Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer. Eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein gemütliches und komplett eingerichtetes Wohn-Esszimmer mit Smart-TV sowie eine komplett ausgestattete offene Küche.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie Zugang zur Terrasse, wo Sie einen weiteren Tisch und Stühle zur Verfügung haben, um Mahlzeiten im Freien zu genießen, begleitet von der erfrischenden Brise des Mittelmeers.
Bemerkung 1. Die Endreinigungskosten sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Dies entbindet die Gäste nicht von ihrer Pflicht, das Objekt zu pflegen. Von Ihrer Kaution wird nichts abgezogen, solange die Nutzung des Objekts angemessen ist.
Bemerkung 2. In den Objekten der Mallorca Holiday Properties, in denen es möglich ist, ein zusätzliches Bett aufzustellen, beträgt der Preis 15 € pro Person und Tag, je nach Verfügbarkeit.
Bemerkung 3. Der Check-out aus der Unterkunft ist um 10:00 Uhr. Wenn ein späterer Check-out möglich ist, was immer vorbehaltlich der Verfügbarkeit ist, betragen die Kosten 90 € bis 13:00 Uhr und 160 € bis 16:00 Uhr
Bemerkung 4. Der Eintritt in die Unterkunft ist mit unserem Agenturpersonal bis 22 Uhr kostenlos, danach kostet es 30 € (von 22 bis 24 Uhr) bzw. 50 € (nach 24 Uhr). Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit eines kostenlosen Self-Check-ins mit persönlicher Begrüßung am nächsten Tag.

My husband and I, both in our golden years, spent a delightful week at this Apartament in Puerto de Alcudia, and I must say, it was simply lovely. The apartment was cozy and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each morning, we enjoyed long walks along the shore, hand in hand, listening to the gentle waves and watching the sun rise over the bay.
One of the highlights of our trip was a boat excursion we took from the nearby port—just a few minutes’ stroll from the apartment. The captain and his crew were so kind and knowledgeable, guiding us along the stunning coastal corners of Mallorca. We were lucky enough to spot dolphins, including a mother with her baby! I even managed to snap a photo of them—such a precious moment, it was pure bliss. And later, we anchored near Coll Baix, a secluded cove with crystal-clear waters. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to restaurants, shops and activities, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. We hope to return there soon. |

Its first line to the beach, and has access to a pool just next door, the location is great, there is somewhat night life going on, but it ends around 23:00 ish.
