The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is included in the accommodation price.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Dieses Landhaus ist sehr idyllisch gelegen, der Blick vom Pool auf die Bergkette ist einfach herrlich.
Das Haus haben wir sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet vorgefunden.

Dieses Landhaus ist sehr idyllisch gelegen, der Blick vom Pool auf die Bergkette ist einfach herrlich.
Das Haus haben wir sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet vorgefunden. Da es uns beim ersten Mal so gut gefallen hat, haben wir es schon das zweite Mal gebucht. Ein sehr großer Vorteil sind die hochwertigen Insektenschutzgitter an allen Fenstern. Da wir dieses Mal 16 Tage hier verbrachten, gab es nach einer Woche eine kostenlose Zwischenreinigung. Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, auch Xisco von der Agentur war stets erreichbar. Wir fühlen uns in der Finca sehr wohl und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal, wenn uns auf dem Hof wieder die Katzen begrüßen und wir mit dem Finca-Hund Flexa in der schönen Umgebung spazieren gehen können. |

Uns hat die Finca letztes Jahr schon gut gefallen. Und wie letztes Jahr haben wir auch für 2025 wieder gebucht:-) Uns gefällt die ländliche Umgebung vor allem dass man nichts ausser Tiere hört. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Mietwagen überall schnell - ob zum Meer oder auch zum einkaufen. Der Pool mit dem super Ausblick zu den Bergen ist ein Traum genauso wie die Größe und Sauberkeit des Pools. Diese Sauberkeit spiegelt sich dank der Besitzer im ganzen Haus und auch auf dem Grundstück wieder. Die Gastfreundlichkeit ist ebenfalls nicht selbstverständlich. Jeden Morgen kam der Besitzer und fütterte seine Tiere und versorgte uns mit frischen Eiern. Selbst der Grill wurde gereinigt und unser Auto wegen des Sahara - Staubs gewaschen. Selten so herzliche Menschen getroffen die mit so viel Herzblut die bei der Vermietung sind!!! Joan unser Ansprechpartner war zu jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Ist auch nicht selbstverständlich. Wie gesagt, wir entwickeln uns nicht umsonst zu Stammgästen-) Einfach ein toller Urlaub mit großem Erholungswert!

Wir haben diese sehr sauber vorgefunden. Der Blick vom Pool auf die Bergkette ist traumhaft. Auf dem Gelände befinden sich viele Tiere, wie z.B. Schafe, Hühner, Katzen und der liebe Hund Fletxa, Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war top, unsere wenigen Belange wurden schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und kommt täglich ohne zu stören morgens früh zum Versorgen der Tiere, Pool reinigen, Grill säubern, Müllentsorgung und zur Pflege der Außenanlage. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit genügend Geschirr ausgestattet. Rund um das Haus gibt es viele Sitzgelegenheiten, sodass man immer je nach Sonne einen guten Platz zum draußen essen finden kann. Hervorheben möchte ich auch die hochwertigen Insektenschutzgitter, die an allen Fenstern vorhanden sind. |

Die Besitzer haben uns herzlich empfangen. Zur Begrüßung gab es leckere Brote und einen riesen Obstteller. Alles war super sauber. Die Gartenanlage mit Pool und sehr vielen Sitzgelegenheiten ein Traum. Vor allem mit Blick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge. Jeden Tag kam der Besitzer vorbei und fütterte seine Tiere. Zudem bekamen wir morgens die frischen Eier vom Hühnerstall. Selbst der Grill und der Pool wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt bestimmt noch sehr viel mehr was ich schreiben könnte aber ich denke, dass es für sich spricht ...wir haben direkt vor Ort neu gebucht:-)) Absolut ein Traum für Menschen die die Natur und Tiere lieben!!! Wir haben eine tolle Woche auf der Finca verbracht. Die Finca ist sauber und gepflegt, der Pool ist klasse und die Küche top ausgestattet. Sie ist mallorquinisch eingerichtet und es fehlt hier einem an nix. Jeden Morgen haben wir frische Eier vom Bessee more
