The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

We loved the uniqueness of the house and having our own pool. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. There are no neighbours so you definitely feel very secluded, the peace and quiet is what we were looking for. We were glad for the aircon usee more

The property manager was also very responsive which was helpful. We absolutely loved our stay here, so the positives outweigh the few negatives.

The kitchen is sadly poorly equipped, knives were blunt, some falling apart, only three utensils for cooking. There was not even salt or olive oil available, everything had to be bought and then went to waste at the end of the stay, which doesn’t seesee more

It was very hard to control the ants in the kitchen and bathroom, it would benefit from a professional looking into this problem rather than removing ants as you go on. The living area gets very hot and the aircon is only in the bedroom. The house would benefit from a ceiling fan in the living area to help with airflow and temperature. We also had an issue with wasps which is nothing anyone can control, and we had some support from the property manager and owner!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen alten Mühle auf Mallorca. Das kleine Ferienhaus war perfekt für zwei Personen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und die Kommunikation war reibungslos und angenehm, völlig unkompliziert.
Das Anwesen hat einen schönen Pool und eine ruhige Atmosphäre – ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden wir ein kleines Kätzchen, um das wir uns einige Tage lang gekümmert haben. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und half uns, ein neues Zuhause auf einem nahegelegenen Bauernhof für sie zu finden, wo sie nun glücklich mit anderen Katzen aufwächst. Ihre Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! |

A quiet place for a couple, far enough from the crowds, yet close to shops for daily needs.
We enjoyed 2 weeks of solitude by the pool garnished with a few day trips.
The house is well equipped and was cleaned after a week (fresh towels etc.).

We were extremely lucky to find this agency and this place. I found it online and contacted the agency despite that the air corridors' opening was still pending. Spoke with the agency's owner who said that he would hold it through the weekend as thesee more
We were extremely lucky to find this agency and this place. I found it online and contacted the agency despite that the air corridors' opening was still pending. Spoke with the agency's owner who said that he would hold it through the weekend as the announcement was planned for the following week. One of the few villas I could find that was affordable for only 2 people. Once we heard we could fly on 06/07 , we reserved the property for 3 weeks. Our aim was to enjoy open green space without putting ourselves at risk the pictures were promising. The agent was waiting for us on our arrival day. The place was magical. Superb exactly as the pics showed and even better. We both continue to work 'from home' but it made such a difference to do it from here. The views are SPECTACULAR. I felt that I was in Toscana with the hills while enjoying the all the beauties of Mallorca. Sunsets were the highlight of every day. The pool was refreshing which I kept using between meeting. The owner was delightful, helpful and extremely respectful (a total different experience from a previous rental which had left me with a bad taste). The owners kept this place impeccable. The garden, flowers, grass, pool, everything. Mattress was the unexpected surprise. It was one of the most comfortable mattress I experienced outside from ours (and we use pretty nice hotels). The house had everything we needed. 10 min to our fav beach st Capellans and to fav restaurants (El Molino & Es Figueret). Perfect!
