– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are not included in the rental price and amount to €140. This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay. No additional charges will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator before departure.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is included in the accommodation price.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit inmitten der Landschaft Mallorcas, die gleichzeitig nur eine kurze Fahrt vom Strand entfernt ist. Man merkt, dass dieses Haus sehr gut gepflegt ist alles funktionierte gut und es war sehr sauber. Das Grundstück war größer als wir erwartet hatten, mit viel Platz für unsere kleinen Abenteurer zum Erkunden, wenn sie nicht gerade im Pool spielten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten die nahegelegenen kleinen Dörfer erkunden, was uns einen kleinen Einblick in das echte Mallorca gab. Toller Service der Agentur, vielen Dank, Jungs!

Pasamos muchas tardes junto a la piscina privada, relajándonos en los espacios exteriores y apreciando la calma del paisaje rural. La villa se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta: rodeada de naturaleza, pero a poca distancia en coche de hermosas playas y lugares con encanto que exploramos cada día. |
