The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

A really great stay in Mallorca

We stayed at Villa Son Pou in August my wife, kids, mother-in-law and I. Honestly, it was the perfect place to switch off and relax. The villa is in a peaceful area, surrounded by countryside, so it felt like our own little hideaway.

We stayed at Villa Son Pou in August my wife, kids, mother-in-law and I. Honestly, it was the perfect place to switch off and relax. The villa is in a peaceful area, surrounded by countryside, so it felt like our own little hideaway.
The house itself had everything we needed, comfy rooms, a nice pool, plenty of outdoor space for meals, and good Wi-Fi and air-con. Most mornings I’d get up early, grab my bike and head out for a ride while the women and kids were still asleep. The hosts sorted out the bike rental for me and the company even dropped it off at the villa, super convenient. I loved exploring the nearby villages: Búger was such a lovely surprise, full of charm, and in Muro I’d stop for a coffee in the main square and pick up fresh bread and ensaimadas for breakfast. The kids couldn’t get enough of them! It’s also close enough to the beach (about 15 minutes by car), so you get the best of both worlds: quiet countryside and easy trips to the coast. We have already made reservations for next year. |

Stara, odrestaurowana posiadłość, basen tylko dla nas i ten magiczny, spokojny klimat w Sa Pobla – idealne miejsce, żeby odsapnąć od książek i nacieszyć się słońcem.
Cały nasz wyjazd był super zorganizowany, a zaczął się od świetnie załatwionego transferu przez Mallorca Holiday Properties. Kierowca był po prostu rewelacyjny! W drodze dał nam mnóstwo tajnych rekomendacji, zwłaszcza co do ekskluzywnych barów w Ca'n Picafort – dzięki niemu nasze wieczory były naprawdę epickie! A co najważniejsze dla mnie i moich dwóch przyjaciółek, Odkryłyśmy, że plaże w Ca'n Picafort są taaaakie długie! To było idealne miejsce na nasze poranne bieganie wzdłuż morza. |

On est partis à deux familles, chacun avec sa voiture bien chargée (valises, jouets, … la totale !), on est venus en bateau Balearia, et franchement, c’est super pratique. Et c’était un vrai bonheur de pouvoir tout décharger directement dans la fincasee more
On est partis à deux familles, chacun avec sa voiture bien chargée (valises, jouets, … la totale !), on est venus en bateau Balearia, et franchement, c’est super pratique. Et c’était un vrai bonheur de pouvoir tout décharger directement dans la finca et garer les voitures à l’intérieur. Pas de stress, pas de parking galère.
En 15 minutes, on est à la plage de Alcúdia, Muro et Can Picafort. On est en pleine campagne, entourés de nature, sans bruit, sans voisins. Les enfants ont couru partout, joué dans le jardin. Et le piscine ! Un vrai petit luxe, entourée de pelouse et de transats, parfaite pour les siestes au soleil. La maison elle-même a un charme fou, c’est une ancienne finca, restaurée avec goût: les poutres en bois, la cheminée, les meubles rustiques…. La cuisine est super bien équipée, mention spéciale à la cafetière et au grand frigo! On reviendra, c’est sûr! |
