The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Modern well equipped villa great value fir money. Joan who met us at villa was very helpful providing us with restaurant recommendations. Had a small issue with water pressure contacted Joan and he got it sorted straight away.

The villa was very stylish and clean. Exactly like the pictures. It was in a private location but close to everything that we needed. The bedrooms are neat with comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for cooking and there is a gsee more
The villa was very stylish and clean. Exactly like the pictures. It was in a private location but close to everything that we needed. The bedrooms are neat with comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for cooking and there is a good BBQ outside so we really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the terrace. The bathrooms are clean with good showers. There is a small living room with a big couch and a TV which was nice on the few rainy days we got. The outside area is fantastic. It´s perfect for dining, relaxing in the sun and enjoying a cozy evening. We really enjoyed the pool, especially the kids, it´s clean and well maintained. We felt comfortable in the villa and had a very enjoyable stay thanks to Joan and Lenka.

Es kam schon mal vor, dass im 5-Minuten-Takt Busse vorfuhren und es dann etwas lauter wurde. Besonders, weil die Busse wenden mussten. Für uns war es nicht schlimm, aber wer absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte ein anderes Haus wählen. Dafür ist das Haus eben sehr zentral im Ort gelegen. Hier muss man Prioritäten setzen. |
