The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Villa Diana has everything you need. It even has a washing machine which is very welcome if you only travel with hand bagage. The villa is centrally located. Supermarket, beach, restaurants are all near. We also enjoyed the terrace in front of the visee more

They keep you updated, they are very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay at Villa Diana!

Perfect house all on the ground floor- no steps- spacious and well equipped. The pool was great for the kids. The beach is just one minute walking... Unbeliveable, highly recomended.

Location is great! Close to beach, playground, supermarkets and restaurants. Accomodation is huge and has everything. Mosquite net before windows would have been ver helpful. We couldn`t use outside area much because of mosquitos. Pool is small and nice, but we didn`t use it.

Na Mallorce jsme měli opravdu skvělý čas! Villa Diana je krásný dům s veškerým komfortem, který potřebujete.
Vila je přesně popsána a zobrazena na fotografiích a nezklame. Venkovní prostor je skvělý s malým bazénem a venkovním jídelním koutem s bbsee more
Na Mallorce jsme měli opravdu skvělý čas! Villa Diana je krásný dům s veškerým komfortem, který potřebujete.
Vila je přesně popsána a zobrazena na fotografiích a nezklame. Venkovní prostor je skvělý s malým bazénem a venkovním jídelním koutem s bbq. Vila byla čistá s lůžky pro náš příjezd a check in a checkout bylo snadné díky Lenka byla přátelská a užitečná určitě doporučuju. |

We stayed for a week in villa Diana with our four adult children and had a great time. The house is very comfortable, spacious and clean. When we arrived there was bread, cheese, ham en juices for us in de fridge. That was a nice surprise. Wifi-signasee more

Location is wonderful: about 200 meters from the sandy beach end a few minutes walk to the city centre of Puerto Alcudia. You don't need a car.
