The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. The meter will be read both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

The villa offers a peaceful surrounding. The house is fully equipped, from comfortable bedrooms to strong Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Each morning, we enjoyed jogs along quiet country roads that eventually led us to the beach. And what a beach! a stunning palette of blue hues surrounded by majestic mountains, offering a amazing view and a refreshing dip. Pollensa itself is a gem. The local market is a must-visit: bursting with fresh produce, olives ... so many varieties, and the vendors let us taste them!, and vibrant stalls. We bought loads of fruit and vegetables, and even found a charming stand selling strawberries dipped in chocolate. The friendly owners gave us great tips on where to eat in town and recommended a hike to Puig de María, which we did the next day. The trail was short but rewarding, with panoramic views that made the climb worthwhile. In short, Villa Biel is ideal, we will definitely come back |

Our stay in Villa Biel has been wonderful, we have really been able to rest and soak up some sun while spending quality time together as a family. The villa is very light and inviting with a modern style. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Thsee more
Our stay in Villa Biel has been wonderful, we have really been able to rest and soak up some sun while spending quality time together as a family. The villa is very light and inviting with a modern style. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The outside area is totally private and quite spacious, our boys especially enjoyed playing with the table tennis. We´ve had some barbecue evenings “at home”, but also chose to go out some nights. As the house is very close to both Pollensa and Alcudia, there is plenty of outside dining options.
The Mallorca Holiday Properties team were very helpful before and during our stay, arranging the transfer to and from the airport, car rental while on our stay as well as tips and ideas about excursions we could make, where to shop, the best restaurants… It´s been a blast and we´d love to come back again next year. |

Huset är mycket trevligt, snyggt inrett, prydligt och städat både inom- och utomhus. Med sin egen privata pool och trädgård känner man sig mycket privilegierad. Om man ändå kunde bo här året runt! Men vi är tacksamma för den vecka vi hade och de minnen vi har med oss nu när vintern återigen är nära. Mycket bra service från Mallorca Holiday Properties som har varit tillgängliga och serviceinriktade hela vägen.

Für diese Preisklasse bin ich von der Sauberkeit ein anderes Niveau gewohnt. Das Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber (was an der Spülmaschine liegt, deren Spülarm gelegentlich abfällt), auf dem Herd waren Schlieren und es lagen zum Teil noch Haare herusee more
Für diese Preisklasse bin ich von der Sauberkeit ein anderes Niveau gewohnt. Das Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber (was an der Spülmaschine liegt, deren Spülarm gelegentlich abfällt), auf dem Herd waren Schlieren und es lagen zum Teil noch Haare herum. Es gibt nur Steakmesser mit schmaler Schneide, was für das Schmieren der Brote eher hinderlich ist und einige Handtücher hatten Flecken.
Die Sitzgarnitur draußen hatte auch starke Abnutzungserscheinungen beim Kunstleder. Insgesamt waren es nicht einige Kleinigkeiten. Bei diesem Preis erwarte ich aber, dass das anders ist. Wir waren zufrieden, würden aber beim nächsten Mal eine andere Unterkunft wählen. |

Die Kommunikation sowie Check-in und Check-out waren äusserst unkompliziert und haben reibungslos funktioniert. Wir werden sehr gerne wiedermal Ferien in der Villa Biel verbringen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Además, al estar en una zona tranquila permite desconectar del bullicio y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Sin Villa Biel es muy confortable y bien equipada. Tener una piscina es un gran plus, ideal para relajarse y refrescarse en los días soleados.
