Casa Tonina is located in a quiet area of Pollença, in northern Mallorca, with easy access by car to the old town, the Port of Pollença, and several coves and beaches. The area is ideal for cycling, hiking, and enjoying Mallorcan cuisine.
Services and conditions of stay.
The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. The meter will be read both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

We have just spent a few wonderful days in this lovely villa with garden and pool, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We travelled as a family - my wife, our three children and myself - and it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy tosee more
We have just spent a few wonderful days in this lovely villa with garden and pool, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We travelled as a family - my wife, our three children and myself - and it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy together.
The house is cosy, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Every corner conveys tranquility and is designed to make both adults and children feel at ease. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The garden is one of the great attractions: large, well kept and with ideal corners to read, play or just relax in the sun. The pool was, without a doubt, our children's favourite. They spent hours happily swimming and playing, while we lounged on the sun loungers. Another strong point is the setting. The house is situated in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature, but close enough to charming villages and routes to explore. All in all, an unforgettable stay in a place we would recommend with our eyes closed. Perfect for families looking for peace, comfort and an unbeatable natural environment, we will come back for sure! |

The location is quiet but close to Pollença and several beautiful coves in the north of Mallorca. Everything was clean and well maintained, and communication with the team was very easy. There were a few small details that could be improved, but they did not affect our stay. Ideal for unwinding and exploring the area.

The pool and garden were our meeting place for sunbathing, chatting and having the occasional mini-party without any problems. We loved being able to relax. Everything was clean and comfortable, and whatever we needed, the team sorted it out straight away. There were a few small details that could be improved, but it didn't spoil anything. Seriously, it was the perfect plan for unwinding, laughing and enjoying ourselves with friends.
