The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.

This place is wonderful for a family vacation. Location and garden are excellent and house was very clean. Company taking care of the rental was accessible and replied promptly.

Little things could make it a little better. They only give 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel per person, would be nice to have a spare one in case is needed. In 10 days there was no bathroom cleaning, no change of sheets or towels, didnt expect every see more

In 10 days there was no bathroom cleaning, no change of sheets or towels, didnt expect every day but at least 1 change after 7 days I beleive is the minimum. They do have a washing machine where you can wash the towels.In one of the rooms there was no place to hang hand towel and there was mold on the wall in the only place to hang bath towel. In the big bathroom downstairs the shower gel hanger was broken and shower drain was also in bad condition. However these are just details for feedback and did not make our experience in the house less wonderful.

We especially loved the private pool and the fact that it was just a short walk to the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. I would highly recommend Plomer Serra to anyone looking for an amazing villa experience!

Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein wahres Juwel und bietet mit seinen 5 Schlafzimmern und dem charmanten mallorquinischen Stil viel Platz und Gemütlichkeit für die ganze Familie. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Das Haus liegt weniger als 50 Meter vom Meer entfernt, und der private Salzwasserpool im wunderschönen ist eine wahre Oase.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Strand: Er ist sehr ruhig und das Wasser ist flach und klar. Wir konnten mit den Füßen im Meer stehen und Volleyball oder Strandtennis spielen – das war ein Riesenspaß, auch für die Kinder! Für den täglichen Bedarf ist gesorgt: Es gibt viele kleine Geschäfte in der Nähe, wo man bequem Zeitschriften, Snacks und Spiele für den Strand kaufen kann. Ein wunderschönes Erlebnis war auch der Spaziergang zu einem alten Turm wir sind immer einen ruhigen, wenig frequentierten Weg entlang der Küste gelaufen. Auf Empfehlung unseres Property Managers waren wir im Restaurant Figueret essen. Der Tipp war Gold wert! Die Küche dort ist unglaublich authentisch und die Qualität hervorragend, insbesondere der frische Fisch und die Meeresfrüchte waren köstlich. Aber auch die Kinder haben ihr Essen sehr genossen. Ein echtes Highlight der Reise! Wir empfehlen die Villa Plomer Serra . |

Sehr schönes Haus, mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie oder Freunde. Die Küche ist top, es ist auch genug für 10 Personen da. Der Poolbereich ist ein Traum, es ist auch eine Whirlpoolfunktion in den Pool eingebaut. Das Meer ist gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite, man sieht es aber vom Pool aus, oder von der oberen Terrasse. Eine sehr schöne Strandbar mit super Essen und guter Musik ist gleich um die Ecke. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war super einfach und unkompliziert, sehr nette Mitarbeiter und es gibt auch ein Welcome Package. Wir werden wieder über Mallorca Holiday Properties buchen.

Die unteren Zimmern haben mehr Feuchtigkeit dies war ein wenig Schwierig den Lüften war nicht immer möglich wegen Moskitos. Vielleicht Moskito Netzte einbauen?
