– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are not included in the rental price and amount to €150. This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay. No additional charges will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator before departure.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.30 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

We had a wonderful stay at Jade house. The house was lovely and clean, and had everything you might need. It has a couple of perfect outside seating areas as well as a lawn for sunbathing, and it's location is ideal with plenty of restaurants around see more

It has a couple of perfect outside seating areas as well as a lawn for sunbathing, and it's location is ideal with plenty of restaurants around just few minutes by walk as well as some great beach bars. Joan and Lenka are really quick to respond to any questions I had, and we all hope to be back at some stage.

We just came home after a great holiday at this house together with our one year old son and my parents. The house was clean and spacious enough for all of us with good working WiFi. The garden is fenced as is shown on the pictures, so we didn't havesee more

The garden is fenced as is shown on the pictures, so we didn't have to worry our son would take off unnoticed. The BBQ and the pool are a possitive point to spend the evenings. As a finishing touch a baby bed and a high chair were available as well. We can absolutely recommend this place!

Very comfortable villa, big enough for 3 families. Nice pool and garden area. Location is only 5 minutes walking to the sea promenade and close to restaurants. There is a supermarket really close.
