– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are not included in the rental price and amount to €150. This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay. No additional charges will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator before departure.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.30 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Lovely house in a good location. A short walk to nice beaches and the super market is around the corner so getting food supplies was really easy, and the street so safe that we could have our rental cars parked there with no problems. The balcony is see more

A short walk to nice beaches and the super market is around the corner so getting food supplies was really easy, and the street so safe that we could have our rental cars parked there with no problems. The balcony is facing the small street the house is in and features an table and a BBQ. We used to opportunity to grill several times, as fish can be bought fresh and cheap at the local grocery stores! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and can highly recommend the location!Access to the beach is fine and the pool and facilities in the villa are exceptional- truely a lovely place to enjoy.
