The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

An important detail for us: one of the group had a broken leg and was still able to enjoy the holiday thanks to the good accessibility of the property and how easy it was to get around the area. In addition, having shops, services and the beach within walking distance made everything much easier for us. In short, it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy Mallorca without any complications. |

The location is excellent: in a quiet residential area of Can Picafort, a short walk from the beach and with shops and restaurants nearby, which made our daily plans much easier. Overall, Villa Calma was an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Mallorca, with familyfriends, combining rest with activities near the sea. |

Place was very spacious, had all essentials, close to the local amenities and sea side. The jacuzzi onthe garden is perfect. We spent a week on March on Villa Calma. We are a group of 5 friends.The house was perfectly clean and equipment was really complete. We enjoyed a lot the jacuzzi. Beds were super comfy. Joan welcomed us very nicely (late and with some food waiting for us :)) and was really fast in communication. He has been flexible for the departure time which was really appreciated. The house is located few minutes driving distance from a supermarket open in winter time (a lot of supermarkets were closed). It is also close by a beach (5min walk). If you want cycling, the island is perfect and there are so many places to discover on the North and Can Picafort is a good location for different cycling routes. Also, keep in mind that in winter time, a lot of restaurants and activities are closed. So this house is perfect, in winter time, to enjoy a relax week at home including few tourist activities (walk in natural parks, wandering in villages and cycling) rather than a busy week visiting the complete island. Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday, we look forward to staying in your beautiful home again!
