The reservation includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as the final cleaning of the property. The villa is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
Assistance is available 24 hours a day throughout the stay. During the day we are available for any need, and during the night important emergencies are attended to in order to guarantee guests’ peace of mind.
Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and handing over and collecting the keys personally.
Once the reservation is confirmed, guests will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transfer services, and other complementary services, all integrated within the booking confirmation.
Rules and schedules: Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out until 10:00. Parties, events, and pets are not allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt guests from their obligation to take proper care of the property during their stay. No charge will be made to the security deposit provided the property has been used responsibly. Rubbish must be disposed of beforehand at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests over 16 years old the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable at check-out. Meter readings will be taken both on arrival and departure.
Note 4. In those properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person and day.
Note 5. Check-in after 22:00 carries an additional charge of €30, and after 00:00 the surcharge is €50. However, there is also the option of self check-in with a welcome visit from staff the following day. Whenever a late check-out can be authorised, always subject to availability, the cost will be €90 until 13:00 and €160 until 16:00.

Vi reste som ett par med vår bebis och blev positivt överraskade över att både spjälsäng och barnstol var gratis. Vi hade dessutom med vår nanny, som fick ett eget rum med eget badrum — väldigt praktiskt och bekvämt.

Husets faciliteter höll hög kvalitet, och tack vare Froydis besökte vi marknaden i Sa Pobla, där vi hittade massor av lokala grönsaker och fantastiska charkuterier. Allt var otroligt smakrikt. En mycket fin vistelse. |

Por la noche bajábamos a la plaza del pueblo, donde cenábamos unas tapas estupendas, recomiendo especialmente el frito mallorquín, auténtico y delicioso. Una estancia redonda. |
