The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

We stayed with six adults and a baby, and our experience in this house was fabulous. The accommodation is very spacious: the common areas allowed us to settle in without feeling cramped, and the bedrooms were just the right size for a comfortable ressee more

The accommodation is very spacious: the common areas allowed us to settle in without feeling cramped, and the bedrooms were just the right size for a comfortable rest. The property was very clean from day one and remained in perfect condition throughout our stay. The location is also a plus: it was in a quiet area, which allowed us to relax, but with easy access to nearby activities and resources.
Finally, communication with the host was excellent: he always responded quickly, was very friendly, and gave us useful recommendations for families. |

I have visited Majorca many times with my family, but we never stayed somewhere as quiet and private as this, an absolute privilege in this otherwise busy island. Just a short drive from Pollensa and Alcudia too, distances were not a problem. Beautifsee more

Just a short drive from Pollensa and Alcudia too, distances were not a problem. Beautiful stone house and well kept gardens, surrounded by forests and mountains. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Vi har hatt det helt nydelig i denne flotte eiendommen som ligger midt i naturen, med fjellutsikt på alle sider. Kjemperolig område som gav oss muligheten til total avkobling fra en hektisk hverdag. Det trengte vi! Huset er romslig og vel utstyrt, mesee more
Vi har hatt det helt nydelig i denne flotte eiendommen som ligger midt i naturen, med fjellutsikt på alle sider. Kjemperolig område som gav oss muligheten til total avkobling fra en hektisk hverdag. Det trengte vi! Huset er romslig og vel utstyrt, med like mange bad som soverom, noe som var veldig praktisk da vi var to familier som reiste sammen. Hagen er kjempestor, så ungene hadde plass til å boltre seg og leke gjemsel og lignende. Vi koste oss veldig i bassenget, som også har et eget grillkjøkken like ved siden av.
Det var et stort spisebord inne, men vi endte opp med å spise alle måltider ute på den store terassen, siden været var så flott. Vil takke for kjempegod service fra Mallorca Holiday Properties som tok vel i mot oss og var veldig behjelpelige. |
