The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests. Final cleaning is not included in the rental price and costs €420, as stated in the listing. The property is delivered clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are not included in the rental price and amount to €420. This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay. No additional charges will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator before departure.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.30 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

We loved our stay at the finca. The house ist gorgeous and you will find everything what you need there.The house is very clean and specious!! Very cute garden and kids could play freely without any worries! The pool was fantastic, also it was a little bit fresh in November ). In Ariany is a small supermarket and you find a lot of bigger supermarktes in Manacor (15 minutes). You definetly will need a rental car, but the house is a good starting point to explore the island. There exists a Management service, which cares about your stay and answers every of you questions. The communication was easy. We highly recommend this house! Thanks!

We had an amazing and relaxing stay on Mallorca. The villa is beautiful and very clean! It's nicely located on the countryside close to Ariany. There are a lot of fruit trees in the garden. The house incl. kitchen,bbq, bathroom is richly equipped - there's everything you might need (bed linen, towels, high chair, baby cot, fast WLan, sun lounger, ...). Supermarkets are as close as a 5min drive, however, you definitely need a car! Many beautiful, sandy beaches of the north are close by (15 min drive). Communication with Joan was nice, easy, and helpful! We would like to come back!! Thank you again!

We have had a wonderful time at Sa Canova d'Ariany and its beautiful surroundings. The house is beautifully arranged and perfectly clean and very well equipped. There is a very nice garden with beautiful terraces and many places to relax and lie in the sun. For our two children it was paradise, gardens, toys and the house of the great. The place is ideal to discover the typical towns of Majorca as well as its beautiful beaches and coves. We will come back here and recommend it!
