Inside, the villa features a spacious living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, providing a comfortable space for enjoying the property throughout the year.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large private garden, private swimming pool, sunny terraces, barbecue area, outdoor tables and chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner, sun loungers and parasols, as well as a play area.

Facilities

The villa features air conditioning with heat pump, heating and a fireplace, making it suitable for stays in different seasons.

Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are also provided, together with the equipment needed for a comfortable stay.

Location

Villa Tito y Yaya is located in Alcudia, in the north of Mallorca, in a residential area within walking distance of the town's historic centre.

Playa de Alcudia and Puerto de Alcudia are also within easy reach, with restaurants, supermarkets, shops and other services nearby. The location is also a convenient starting point for exploring other destinations in the north of the island, including Playa de Muro, Puerto de Pollença and the Serra de Tramuntana.
