Casa Synera is a contemporary-style house, ideal for up to 6 guests. Located in the peaceful and sought-after residential area of Cielo de Bonaire, it combines comfort, elegance, and proximity to the sea.
Layout:
- Main floor: bright living-dining room, fully equipped independent kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), and two bathrooms with shower. Direct access to the garden and pool.
- Upper floor: an additional bedroom with two single beds.

- Air conditioning and electric radiators
- Free Wi-Fi
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer
- Washing machine, dryer, barbecue, iron, hairdryer

- Private pool (7 × 2 m; depth 1.2–1.7 m) and outdoor shower

Location:
In Cielo de Bonaire, Alcúdia, just 2 km from San Pere beach. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, coves, and only a short drive from Alcúdia old town and Alcanada Golf Club.
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / KwH to be paid on departure.
Note 5. There is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. There is an extra cost of 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Synera. The pool was a bit cold, but we still made the most of it and had a great time. We were also surprised by how cheap the electricity was, even cheaper than at our house in Liverpool.

As a practical detail, the rubbish system requires you to take your rubbish to the bin, which is about 300 metres away, but this was not a problem. Everything was clean, well maintained and just as it appears in the photos. |

The villa is spacious, well-equipped and very bright. We particularly liked the well-tended garden and private pool, ideal for relaxing after our wine tours. The location, in a quiet residential area of Alcúdia, allowed us to combine relaxation with easy access to restaurants, beaches and places of interest. |

Das Haus ist komfortabel, mit Garten und Pool, um sich nach den Touren zu entspannen, und die Lage ist perfekt, um den Norden Mallorcas mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Wir haben eine unglaubliche Woche mit einer Gruppe von Freunden in der Villa Synera verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig, hell und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten reichlich Platz, um uns nach unseren täglichen Ausflügen zu entspannen.

Wir haben eine unglaubliche Woche mit einer Gruppe von Freunden in der Villa Synera verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig, hell und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten reichlich Platz, um uns nach unseren täglichen Ausflügen zu entspannen.
Wir haben den Garten und den privaten Pool sehr genossen, wo wir die Nachmittage damit verbrachten, unter der Sonne Mallorcas zu plaudern und etwas Kaltes zu trinken. Die ruhige Umgebung war ideal, um vom Alltag abzuschalten und einfach nur die schönen Momente miteinander zu genießen. Außerdem konnten wir dank der Lage die Gegend um Alcúdia mit ihren Buchten, Dörfern und guten Restaurants bequem erkunden. Alles in allem war es ein sehr komfortabler und unterhaltsamer Aufenthalt, perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub mit Freunden. |

Fuimos a Casa Synera unos amigos mallorquines buscando relajarnos y disfrutar de buena comida, y la experiencia fue excelente. La casa es muy cómoda, con piscina y espacios exteriores ideales para descansar. La ubicación nos permitió acercarnos a varios restaurantes y probar platos típicos de la zona. Hay que tener en cuenta que se paga la luz aparte, pero no fue ningún problema. Además, el anfitrión nos dio unas recomendaciones geniales sobre restaurantes y lugares para visitar. En definitiva, un sitio perfecto para desconectar, disfrutar del buen comer y relajarse unos días.
