The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Synera. The pool was a bit cold, but we still made the most of it and had a great time. We were also surprised by how cheap the electricity was, even cheaper than at our house in Liverpool.

As a practical detail, the rubbish system requires you to take your rubbish to the bin, which is about 300 metres away, but this was not a problem. Everything was clean, well maintained and just as it appears in the photos. |

The location, in a quiet residential area of Alcúdia, allowed us to combine relaxation with easy access to restaurants, beaches and places of interest. |

Wir haben eine unglaubliche Woche mit einer Gruppe von Freunden in der Villa Synera verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig, hell und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten reichlich Platz, um uns nach unseren täglichen Ausflügen zu entspannen.
Wir haben den Garten und den privaten Pool sehr genossen, wo wir die Nachmittage damit verbrachten, unter der Sonne Mallorcas zu plaudern und etwas Kaltes zu trinken. Die ruhige Umgebung war ideal, um vom Alltag abzuschalten und einfach nur die schönen Momente miteinander zu genießen. Außerdem konnten wir dank der Lage die Gegend um Alcúdia mit ihren Buchten, Dörfern und guten Restaurants bequem erkunden. Alles in allem war es ein sehr komfortabler und unterhaltsamer Aufenthalt, perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub mit Freunden. |

Fuimos a Casa Synera unos amigos mallorquines buscando relajarnos y disfrutar de buena comida, y la experiencia fue excelente. La casa es muy cómoda, con piscina y espacios exteriores ideales para descansar. La ubicación nos permitió acercarnos a varios restaurantes y probar platos típicos de la zona. Hay que tener en cuenta que se paga la luz aparte, pero no fue ningún problema. Además, el anfitrión nos dio unas recomendaciones geniales sobre restaurantes y lugares para visitar. En definitiva, un sitio perfecto para desconectar, disfrutar del buen comer y relajarse unos días.
