Description
Finca Santa Maria is a wonderful Mallorcan house, which perfectly combines the modernity of its facilities and decoration along with the traditional noble materials such as stone and wood, typical of the north of Mallorca.
The farm is located in a quiet area just 5 minutes from the historic center of Alcudia, has a large area of land in which to enjoy your privacy and tranquility. It has a large garden area with a variety of fruit trees, olive trees and palm trees as well as a lawn where you can relax or play with the children. Finca Santa Maria is the perfect place for a luxurious and comfortable vacation.
The house has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, covered terrace area with exposed beams and presided by a huge pool.
Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Everything is exactly as described - just Perfect! We stayed there for 1 week with 8 people, the house is very spacious, enough bathrooms, big table with place for everybody. the pool area and the gsee more

The villa and the outside of the house looked just as good as on the pictures. The villa was very clean, the pool area was plenty of space for swimming and the children enjoyed it. The environment surrounding the house is really quiet. I have to say see more
