The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Nous avons eu la chance de réserver la Villa Marilen à la dernière minute et ce fut une excellente surprise. Pour nous, qui sommes passionnés de vélo, l'emplacement était tout simplement idéal. La villa se trouve à un point de départ parfait pour nos itinéraires matinaux, ce qui a rendu nos vacances extrêmement pratiques.
Les soirées étaient magiques. Après de longues journées de vélo, nous profitions de la spacieuse terrasse pour organiser des barbecues et déguster d'excellents vins locaux sous un ciel incroyablement étoilé. L'endroit est parfait pour se détendre en toute intimité. La piscine privée est également un grand avantage pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. Nous avons passé deux après-midi à explorer la vieille ville d'Alcúdia, et nous avons adoré l'ambiance paisible de ses ruelles pavées. C'est un endroit charmant, plein de petites boutiques. Nous recommandons vivement l'épicerie fine Gourmet Sa Plaça où nous avons fait de merveilleuses trouvailles : de très bonnes charcuteries, un délicieux alioli, de l'huile d'olive locale, des confitures pour le petit-déjeuner et, surtout, des vins spectaculaires pour accompagner nos soirées grillades. La Villa Marilen est un lieu parfait pour ceux qui recherchent à la fois la tranquillité de la campagne. Un séjour mémorable ! |

Ich bin gerade zurück von einem fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Villa Marilen, etwas außerhalb von Alcudia, Mallorca, mit meinem Partner und unserer Kleinen. Ehrlich gesagt, war es genau das, was wir brauchten!
Dieser Ort ist sehr ländlich, was bedeutet, dass man den ganzen Tag über Ruhe und Frieden hat. Perfekt, um zu entspannen und das Baby ohne Stadtlärm schlafen zu lassen. Aber das Beste ist, dass man buchstäblich nur eine kurze Autofahrt von Alcudia-Stadt entfernt ist. So konnten wir die verschlafene ländliche Atmosphäre genießen und trotzdem in die Stadt fahren, um zu essen, einzukaufen oder durch die alten Straßen zu schlendern, wann immer uns danach war. Die Villa selbst war gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir für eine reibungslose Reise mit einem Baby brauchten. Kein Stress, nur Spaß. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem entspannten Ort sind, der abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade liegt, aber dennoch nah genug ist, um einen Kaffee zu trinken oder auf den Markt zu gehen, ist die Villa Marilen genau das Richtige für Sie. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir denken bereits über eine Rückreise nach! |

We had a wonderful week at the house. The garden was the best part the kids had a great time and we were able to relax outdoors in a very peaceful setting. Plus, the location is ideal: close to the beach and the town, which made it very easy for us to get around.
The host recommended visiting the town markets, which are held on Tuesdays and Sundays, and it was really worth it. The access road is a bit narrow, so we suggest coming with a small car. As an improvement, air conditioning in the living room would be a great extra, although we were still very comfortable and had a great time. |

Die Villa Marilen war die perfekte Unterkunft für uns. Vom ersten Tag an war alles ideal: Das Haus war komfortabel, geräumig und verfügte über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die wir brauchten, um uns wie zu Hause zu fühlen.
Jeden Morgen fuhren wir mit dem Fahrrad von der Villa aus auf verschiedene Routen in der Umgebung und erkundeten wunderschöne Landschaften, begleitet vom Meer oder den Bergen. Dank der Lage war es für uns einfach, Radtouren zu planen und am Abend zurückzukehren, um uns zu entspannen. Am Nachmittag waren der Pool und die Terrasse der perfekte Ort: Gespräche, Lachen und ruhige Momente in guter Gesellschaft. |
