Villa Heura is a beautiful villa situated in one of the best areas of Alcudia called Bonaire it is an ideal location, between Alcudia and the famous Alcanada Golf Club, just a short drive away.
It is surrounded by a totally private garden with a 9m x 4.20m pool for a dream vacation. It has stunning views of Pollensa Bay and Bonaire from the porch with a seating area to relax. On the terrace we find a wonderful barbecue, a terrace porch and a fresh air dining room to eat with family, friends and spend an unforgettable vacation.
The entire villa is air-conditioned and divided into two parts with two living rooms and two separate kitchens, making it the perfect vacation home for two families or a larger group of people looking for more privacy.
This villa offers accommodation for 10 people.
The villa is built on a 1090 m2 plot, the constructed area is 236 square meters, has 2 floors and has 5 bedrooms, 3 double beds and 4 single beds, it has 3 full bathrooms, 1 en suite, two fully modern kitchens. equipped with oven, hob, microwave, a dining area and two lounges with sofas and flat screen TV, a porch with outdoor dining and a totally private garden with pool and sun loungers.
Distribution:
Ground floor: It has an independent kitchen fully equipped with gas, living room - dining room with sofa, TV, DVD, a complete bathroom. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
Second floor: It has a fully equipped American kitchen, living room - dining room with sofas, TV, DVD, a complete bathroom. 3 bedrooms, one with two double beds with an en suite bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. It has another family bathroom with a bathtub. A huge terrace overlooking the sea to enjoy meals in the fresh air.
This property offers everything our guests need for their perfect vacation.
Equipment and services:
Wi-Fi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD Player, Air Conditioning, Barbecue, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee maker, Washing machine, Iron and board, high chair, Hair dryer. Fully equipped with sheets and towels.
The cost of electricity is not included in the price they are € 0.25 / Kw
Please note the cleaning cost is € 150 per stay if the stay from 7 days the final cleaning will be included in the price.
In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
Please note there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. and 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

I'd advised to rent a small car since the villa sits on a hillside, even so the view makes up for it. The villa have 4 bedrooms. This villa was perfect for us. Thank you once again!
