The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.

Im Vergleich zu 2023 als wir da waren hat das Haus jetzt schon deutlich Gebrauchsspuren. Was uns sehr negativ aufgefallen ist: die fleckige Bettwäsche. Es gab nicht einen, der keine Blutflecken!!! Oder sonstige Flecken hatte. Auch die Handtücher sindsee more

Ich denke ein Hinweis darauf wäre wichtig in der Beschreibung, auch dass man für den Pool am besten seine eigenen mitbringen sollte.

This is one of the best villas we have stayed in in over 20 yrs of visiting Mallorca.
The views are absolutely stunning, I was a bit concerned about the location for getting taxis but the app Mallorcab wsee more

This is one of the best villas we have stayed in in over 20 yrs of visiting Mallorca. The views are absolutely stunning, I was a bit concerned about the location for getting taxis but the app Mallorcab worked really well and we never waited more than 15 mins. The villa looks exactly like the photos , was very clean on arrival and well equipped with plenty of glasses, mugs, plates and cooking equipment . Everything worked and was maintained . The villa next door is still being worked on but looks like it should be finished soon. |

Villa was great, as advertised by good photos and youtube video. Peter the host was very friendly and easy to deal with (thanks Peter). Loads of chairs and sun beds. Pool was clean and lovely. We liked the welcome box, towels, pool toys and space.

The villa is amazing and has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. The villa is modern, clean and has amazing views over the bay. The pool area is spacious and ideal for families and couples. The area is lovely and quiet but a car is neesee more
The villa is amazing and has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. The villa is modern, clean and has amazing views over the bay. The pool area is spacious and ideal for families and couples. The area is lovely and quiet but a car is needed as there are some steep hills on the way to the villa. The staff as Mallorca Holiday Properties were excellent and both Lenka and Joan really helped make our holiday as relaxing and easy as possible. Overall we had a great holiday and we will be planning our next trip there soon!

My two friends and I had such an amazing time here. Check in and out was really easy, great communication throughout. There was parking right outside which was free. The villa itself is gorgeous. The pool was super clean and a really good size. The gsee more

The pool was super clean and a really good size. The garden is lush and there are so many lovely spots to sit and dine al fresco I don’t think we actually spent much time inside! Hospitality was great, and we visited the red rum bar for dinner and drinks with the sunset on our last night and the food and view was fantastic! Would definitely visit again!!

By far one of our favorite villas we have ever stayed in in Mallorca. We absolutely loved it. The villa is well located in a quiet area and within walking distance to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, beaches etc. We had a car and didn´t have any problems getting a parking space right outside the house. The villa itself is fantastic - spacious, bright, clean, modern, stylish and very well equipped. The bedrooms are neat with comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for cooking and there is a good BBQ outside so we really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the patio. The bathrooms are clean with good showers. There is a big living room with a big couch and a TV which was nice on the few rainy days we got. The outside area is fantastic. It´s perfect for dining, relaxing in the sun and enjoying a cozy evening. We really enjoyed the pool, especially the kids, it´s clean and well maintained. There is also a large grassed area where they could run around and play. Joan was very friendly and nice host. He really made us feel welcome when we arrived. He greeted us with a welcome package and gave us information about the town and the island. He was very responsive and did absolutely everything to meet our needs, i.e. provided two baby cribs, high chairs etc. and even let us check in early. They were also considerate to let us know beforehand when they would come to clean the pool. We felt comfortable in the villa and had a very enjoyable stay thanks to Joan and all the team of Mallorca Holiday Properties. Muchas gracias por todo :)

Ein wirklich schönes Haus in einer tollen Lage mit einer gehobenen Ausstattung.

Der Service war sowohl bei der Buchung als auch von Ort sehr gut, jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Pere, vielen Dynk noch mal für den netten, unkomplizierten Kontakt. Einziges Manko, wir hätten bei Buchung einen Hinweis auf fie Baustelle erwartet. Die Baustelle hat unseren Aufenthslt aber nicht wirklich beeinträchtigt. Alles in allem können wir eine klare Empfehlung sowohl für das Haus als auch mallorcaholidayproperties aussprechen. |
