The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.

This house with a pool is a hidden little gem outside of the bigger town of Alcudia. Me, my wife and our two children (baby and 2 year old) have had a fantastic week here. The house is very new and comfortable, decorated with taste. It was very practical for us who travel with children, there is a garden with plenty of space to play, and a pool that is perfect for children. It is also great for having dinner outside on the terrace, we had some magnificent barbecues in the evenings. The mountain views are really stunning, and we made some wonderful memories as a family.
It is also very close to the Pollensa beach and even the Alcudia beach. We rented a car and it is very practical that this property has parking space inside the gated property. We are very happy with the service received from the team of Mallorca Holiday Properties. Thank you guys! |

La casa es preciosa, muy limpia y cómoda, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones (¡fundamental en agosto!). Disfrutamos muchísimo de la piscina privada y las cenas en la terraza con vistas a la montaña. La ubicación es ideal: en una zona tranquila pero cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y playas como la de Muro y Alcúdia. Además, los niños se lo pasaron en grande con la mesa de ping-pong. Sin duda, repetiríamos. ¡Una estancia de 10!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Es Pont de Pedra war ausgezeichnet. Das Anwesen bietet geräumige, komfortable und gut ausgestattete Räumlichkeiten, sowohl im Innenbereich als auch im Außenbereich, wo besonders der Pool und die Terrassen hervorstechen. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Alcúdia und seinen Dienstleistungen, ermöglichte es uns, ein paar Tage voller Entspannung und Komfort zu genießen. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Villa für einen hochwertigen Aufenthalt auf Mallorca.
