Description
New property in our portfolio for the season 2025! We are very pleased to introduce you to this beautiful property located in the middle of nature and only a few minutes drive from the town of Alcudia and the wonderful beaches of the Bay of Pollensa, the Bay of Alcudia, as well as the beaches of Playa de Muro.
Villa Es Garrover is located in the quiet area of Son Fe, just before reaching Alcudia. Surrounded by countryside and mountains in a truly idyllic Mediterranean setting, this villa with pool has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday with your family or group of friends.
The house has four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. For your comfort, there are three bathrooms at your disposal, two of them with shower and one with bathtub. In the spacious living room with comfortable sofas you will also find a brilliant billiard table, perfect for long evenings of entertainment.
Outside there are extensive gardens with olive trees and a fantastic swimming pool for private use.
Remark 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guests from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from your deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Remark 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where the space allows the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person and day.
Remark 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Remark 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Remark 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.
Remark 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.

We had a wonderful few days at Villa Es Garrover with a group of friends, and it was a memorable experience. The house is large, well equipped and has more than enough space for everyone. Every day we organised a different plan: mornings by the pool, afternoons exploring the nearby walks and relaxed evenings in the garden. The pool table was an added bonus for the evenings. All this, combined with the villa's great location close to Alcúdia and several spectacular beaches made our holiday truly special and highly recommendable.

Our stay was fantastic. We came with the idea of resting and disconnecting from our usual routine, and the villa made it possible: spacious, comfortable and surrounded by beautiful nature. We really enjoyed the private pool and the gardens with olive trees, where we spent quiet afternoons having a drink and chatting. The location was ideal for combining serenity with short trips to nearby beaches and the old town of Alcúdia.

Vi hadde en flott ferie på Villa Es Garrover på Mallorca. Villaen ligger kun et par kilometer fra Alcudias gamleby, noe som var veldig praktisk for utflukter, samtidig som vi bodde fredelig og rolig.

Villaen var nylig oppusset og føltes veldig fresh. Kjøkkenet var lyst og innbydende, og stuen var et koselig sted å slappe av. For oss som barnefamilie var den store hagen og svømmebassenget helt topp – barna elsket det! Vi hadde fin fjellutsikt, og den rolige beliggenheten ga oss den avslapningen vi trengte. Vi kan absolutt anbefale Villa Es Garrover til andre barnefamilier som ønsker en fin ferieopplevelse på Mallorca! |

The area is very quiet being close to the S'Albufera Natural Park, there were a few mosquitoes, but that's normal and wasn't a problem. Everything was clean, well maintained and the host communicated well.

We greatly appreciated that both air conditioning and heating were included, which ensured an ideal temperature at all times, even though March can still have its cool days. The villa has an amazing swimming pool and a beautiful terrace, which we enjoyed very much on sunny days. Although the pool is not the main focus in March, the setting and terrace are ideal for relaxing holidays. The internet access works perfectly. And the location in Alcúdia is a plus, allowing you to explore the area easily. |
