The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Cielo de Bonaire last week! The villa was absolutely stunning - beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and so well equipped with everything we could possibly need. From start to finish, everything was seamless - from the easy booking process to Sebas meeting us at the property to let us in and show us around. His warm welcome made everything feel effortless. The welcome pack was an added bonus and such a thoughtful touch.
The garden and grounds were absolutely fab - so much space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was brilliant too - lovely and deep, providing endless hours of fun for all of us! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to come and stay again sometime. Highly recommend |

It's in a quiet area near the beach, but not too far from a few restaurants and an small supermarket. The garden pool is beautiful and well maintained, offering a refreshing break between activities. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

Some of the A/C units were malfunctioning and we didn't see the repair man - a bit of a smell in the upstairs bathroom - showers and A/C could use an upgrade. Bit disappointed to hear we could get a 10% rate reduction by booking directly with you guysee more

It was mentioned after the stay - so there's the lingering feeling you overpaid :) But those are minor complaints - overall really nice stay. We'll be back!

A house that fully met our expectations. Newly renovated house in super good quality and condition. The house had everything we needed. There was a good garden, a nice pool and a new fantastic barbecue area. We can only give our warmest recommendations.
