– The reservation includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy and prepared for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– Assistance is offered 24 hours throughout the stay. During the day we are available for any need, and at night we attend to important emergencies to guarantee guests' peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, resolving any questions and providing hand-to-hand key delivery and collection.
– At the time of making the reservation, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the reservation confirmation.
House rules and times.
– Check-in: from 16:00.
– Check-out: until 10:00.
– Parties and events are not permitted.
– Pets are not permitted.
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the customer from their obligation to care for the property during the stay. No charge will be made to the deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable. Rubbish must be removed beforehand at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodation is obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.36 per kWh, to be paid at checkout. The meter will be read both at check-in and at checkout.
Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Likewise, when possible, a protective pool fence can be added at a cost of €13 per linear metre. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 22:00 incurs an additional charge of €30, and after 00:00, €50; however, there is the option of self check-in with staff welcome the following day. When it is possible to authorise a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be €90 until 13:00 and €160 until 16:00.

We loved the whole space and activities that were available to us. Probably the best was swimming pool but many other things as well. Were v grateful for food and drink that you made available for us.

The filter was filthy which we cleaned but it didnt solve the issue entirely, things still coming out of the dishwasher a little dirty. Otherwise the villa was very clean.

The house is very spacious for us, 8 persons. I love the terrace and the pool area where I spent my morning coffee looking at the amazing scene of mountains around us.The house was great it was absolutely spotless, equipped with everything you could see more

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumige Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Ein Traumurlaub. Wir freuen uns darauf, bald zu fliegen und wieder zu wiederholen.
