It is with great enthusiasm that we present Casa Didi, a gem located in the municipality of Alcudia, in a privileged enclave next to the road that runs along the spectacular Bay of Pollença. From its strategic location, you can enjoy direct sea views and immediate access to a paradise for water sports enthusiasts such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, scuba diving and swimming.
This detached villa has a beautiful private garden with a magnificent 8x4 metre swimming pool and a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining. With capacity for 8 people, Casa Didi has four spacious bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, guaranteeing maximum comfort during your stay, as well as three complete bathrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen is directly connected to the spacious living-dining room and also to the beautiful terrace. From here, you will have direct access to the swimming pool and garden, all with spectacular sea views. For your comfort, bath and beach towels are provided, ensuring that your stay is even more enjoyable.
Thanks to its location, you can also explore the charming villages of Alcudia and Pollença, known for their historical and cultural charm, as well as enjoy some of the most spectacular beaches in the north of Mallorca, such as Formentor or Cala San Vicente.

Remark 1. The final cleaning cost of 220 EUR does not exempt the guests from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from your deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Remark 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where the space allows the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person and day.
Remark 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Remark 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Remark 5. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities
Remark 6. All bedrooms have air conditioning, but the common areas don´t.

Very nice house that feels like home. Spacious and every room has its own balcony which was quite nice since we travelled in a larger group of different couples. The house has great sea views and the beach is right across the street. We spent quite ssee more

Wir sind gerade von einer tollen Reise nach Alcudia, Mallorca, zurückgekommen und haben mit der ganzen Mannschaft - Eltern, Großeltern und dem Baby - im Casa Didi übernachtet. Und wow, was für ein Haus!

Wir sind gerade von einer tollen Reise nach Alcudia, Mallorca, zurückgekommen und haben mit der ganzen Mannschaft - Eltern, Großeltern und dem Baby - im Casa Didi übernachtet. Und wow, was für ein Haus!
Zunächst einmal liegt es buchstäblich direkt am Strand. Man kann das Meer förmlich riechen! Es gibt eine Hauptstraße zwischen dem Haus und dem Sand, was sich etwas seltsam anhört, aber ehrlich gesagt, war das völlig in Ordnung. Es hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, und die Bequemlichkeit, so nah am Wasser zu sein, war es wert. Aber der eigentliche Star der Show war das Haus selbst. Es ist wunderschön im Shabby-Chic-Stil eingerichtet und wirkt so gemütlich und einladend. Man denke nur an die sanften Farben, die bequemen Möbel und den perfekten, abgenutzten Look, der einfach zum Entspannen einlädt. Es hatte eine schöne, heimelige Atmosphäre, in der sich alle wohl fühlten, von den Kleinsten bis zu den Großeltern. Es gab genug Platz für uns alle sechs, um sich auszubreiten und zu entspannen. Wir waren begeistert von der Atmosphäre, der Lage und davon, wie leicht es war, sich einzuleben. Wenn Sie mit Ihrer Familie nach Alcudia fahren und eine stilvolle Unterkunft in Strandnähe suchen, sollten Sie sich Casa Didi unbedingt ansehen. |
