Located in Alcúdia, the villa is situated in a quiet rural area, a short drive from the historic center and the beaches of Port de Alcúdia. An ideal location for enjoying northern Mallorca and outdoor activities.
Services and conditions of stay.
The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is included in the accommodation price.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Po intensywnym dniu na szlaku, nie było lepszego sposobu na relaks niż kąpiel w basenie ze słoną wodą i grillowanie na tarasie z przepięknymi widokami. To zdecydowanie idealne połączenie wypoczynku i sportu na niezapomniane wakacje!

The Villa Can Segue is a wonderful, modern and yet typical Finca on Mallorca. The house is full equipated with a big living room with a fantastic views of the pool, garden area and mountains, You immediately felt better than home. Really everything wsee more
The Villa Can Segue is a wonderful, modern and yet typical Finca on Mallorca. The house is full equipated with a big living room with a fantastic views of the pool, garden area and mountains, You immediately felt better than home. Really everything was thought of and there is really nothing missing to really just enjoy your time. Great pool area and terrace. The garden has great orange, lemon and olive trees. Joan and Pere were always reachable, helpful and very nice! They recomended some good locals restaurants. We love ciclying and we discovered very short ways to Alcudia and Pollenca where you can fell the real mallorca style, small roads, houses, nature... We could enjoy our stay so much and look forward to come soon to Mallorca.

Fantastic villa in the countryside but only a few miles away from the nearest seaside area. Also, the town is within 5-8-minute drive from the place. The house was so clean on our arrival and the communication with Mallorca Holiday Properties couldn’see more

Very nice villa in a quiet atmosphere, surrounded by nature. Perfect for families and people who want a getaway holiday. Also, even if it was winter we drove to the beach in Puerto Pollenca which is just 10 or 15 minutes by car.
