We are very pleased to introduce our new featured property: Villa Can Emmes for up to 10 people, located in one of the best areas of the historic town of Alcudia, with large gardens, terraces and a stunning private swimming pool with barbecue area. With five spacious bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two toilets, two kitchens, two dining rooms and a large lounge with pool table, Villa Can Emmes offers that little extra that takes your holiday from ordinary to extraordinary.
Situated in a quiet residential area only five minutes drive from the centre of Alcudia and the beach, Villa Can Emmes offers the perfect combination of a peaceful holiday with all the leisure facilities of the town of Alcudia.
On the main floor we find two double bedrooms, a walk-in wardrobe, a complete bathroom with shower, another complete bathroom with bathtub, an open kitchen with dining area, laundry, toilet and a large living room with sofas, another dining table, TV, pool table and access to the large terrace with private pool, barbecue and covered outdoor dining area, as well as to the wonderful garden where you can breathe the tranquility of the Mediterranean summer and enjoy the refreshing shade of its majestic trees. In an annex to the main floor there is also a large kitchen with dining area and floor to ceiling windows, which makes it a bright and unique space where you can enjoy long evenings with your familygroups of friends.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with a shower.
On the lower floor there is a large double bedroom, a small living room and a complete bathroom with bathtub.

Remark 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guests from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from your deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Remark 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where the space allows the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person and day.
Remark 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00
Remark 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Remark 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.
Remark 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.

The team at MHP (Joan + Sabas) were fantastic. We booked very late (same day arrival) and they were able to prepare the villa at very short notice. The villa is stunning and very spacious. Beautiful grounds, electric gate, quiet area, very peaceful. The pool was lovely and warm (not heated, but warm from the sun) and its a good size. Plenty of sun loungers, with a shaded place to eat and prepare drinks. The villa has two kitchens, a lounge, dining room, pool room, outdoor table tennis/darts & many places to eat outside, along with 5 bedrooms over 3 floors, all with their own bathroom. Spectacular views. The pictures are great, but it's even more impressive in person. Would suit any family, or a couple of families as it's easy to space yourselves around. The front of the villa/pool is west facing, so the sun rises at the back, the sunset is over the mountains in the distance (viewable from the pool & balcony). All day sun by the pool! The photos on the site must have been taken early morning. We met the owner and he is very friendly too. We had a car but it is not essential if you don't mind short walks. Old town is about 1km away. Alcudia Marina & beach are about 1.5km away. There is another small beach & marina around 1.5km away (Platja de San Pere), also walkable. There is a supermarket around 1km away, and there is also a food delivery App. We loved our stay and would happily return.

Villa Can Emmes è stata assolutamente perfetta per il nostro gruppo familiare di 10 persone. Questo posto è davvero magnifico, circondato da una vegetazione lussureggiante, che ci ha dato un vero senso di pace e tranquillità.

Villa Can Emmes è stata assolutamente perfetta per il nostro gruppo familiare di 10 persone. Questo posto è davvero magnifico, circondato da una vegetazione lussureggiante, che ci ha dato un vero senso di pace e tranquillità.
La villa stessa è stupenda e gli enormi giardini erano un sogno. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'ampio parcheggio - un grande vantaggio quando si hanno più macchine! All'esterno, la piscina era il luogo in cui trascorrevamo la maggior parte del tempo, con tanto di bar a bordo piscina per i drink più semplici. Abbiamo trascorso molte serate intorno al barbecue e il tavolo da biliardo è stato un successo per una competizione amichevole. Ci è piaciuta molto la vista sulle montagne e la vicinanza al mare, che ha reso le gite in spiaggia molto facili. Villa Can Emmes è una casa vacanza eccezionale, ideale per un gruppo numeroso in cerca di una fuga lussuosa e rilassante. Stiamo già programmando il nostro ritorno! |

Wir sind eine große Gruppe, aber der Platz ist kein Problem in dieser wunderbaren Villa inmitten der Natur. Es ist wirklich grün und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge und sogar einen kleinen Blick auf das Meer.

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Gärten sind groß und der Poolbereich ist absolut fantastisch und hat sogar eine Poolbar mit einem Biertank! Ein großes Plus für unsere Gruppe! Es gibt einen Billardtisch und eine Tischtennisplatte, es ist wirklich alles, was wir brauchten, um unvergessliche Ferien zu haben. Ich empfehle wirklich die Villa Emmes! |
