The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.28 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Both Lenka and Joan have been very attentive to our needs. They have recommended us good restaurants, boat routes, excursions.
Of course I have to emphasize the tennis court! It has been wonderful to be able to play tennis during our stay, it has also been entertainment for our children. Again, thank you so much Mallorca Holiday Properties you are excellent. |

Wir haben die Villa nun schon zum zweiten Mal besucht und waren wieder begeistert! Das Haus hat alles, was wir für unseren Urlaub mit Freunden (3 Paare) brauchen: 3 Doppelzimmer mit Bad en Suite, geräumiger Wohnraum, eine etwas rustikale, aber gut ausee more
Wir haben die Villa nun schon zum zweiten Mal besucht und waren wieder begeistert! Das Haus hat alles, was wir für unseren Urlaub mit Freunden (3 Paare) brauchen: 3 Doppelzimmer mit Bad en Suite, geräumiger Wohnraum, eine etwas rustikale, aber gut ausgestattete Küche, eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und einen tollen Pool mit genügend Sonnenliegen. Und natürlich nicht zu vergessen der schöne Tennisplatz! Alcudia und Port d'Alcudia sind fußläufig bequem in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen, so dass einem Einkaufbummel, einem Stand- oder Restaurantbesuch ohne Auto nichts im Weg steht. Und der Service von Mallorca Holiday Properties war auch wieder hervorragend. Danke dafür an Jose Luis, Xisco und Froydis!
