Description
Bonaire Sky is a lovely villa situated in a quiet residential area just outside the town center of Alcudia, in Bonaire, near the beaches of Sant Joan and Sant Pere. The villa accommodates up to 8 people in 4 rooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Bonaire Sky has its own garden with swimming pool, an outdoor dining area with barbecue and a very nice upper terrace fully equipped to enjoy the sun with family or friends.
In the immediate vicinity of the house is the Port of Bonaire, also known as the port of "El Cocodrilo", where there are several restaurants, a supermarket and you can rent boats and take diving courses.
Distribution:
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an upper terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and overlooking the sea, an outdoor dining area and a private pool with sun loungers.
Comfort and Services:
Internet, satellite TV, CD player, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, iron, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, barbecue, hair dryer, cot and high chair for baby. Fully equipped property with bed linen and towels.
Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.29 € / Kw to pay at departure.
Note 5: Please note there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. and 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

This villa was absolutely perfect for our stay in Mallorca. The space was superb. Clean, modern and very comfortable. We used it as a base for a cycling holiday (which worked brilliantly). It was very quiet (which is a must for me) and had some nice see more

It was very quiet (which is a must for me) and had some nice outdoor space to relax. The area itself is very upmarket and quiet, although there are not a huge number of amenities nearby. There is a small supermarket next the marina, a lovely cafe and a bar restaurant with a lovely outdoor area within walking distance. A car/bike would be essential as Alcudia is too far to go walking. There is lots of space on the road for extra cars if required. The hosts responded to all our questions quickly and made the arrival process very easy. Overall and excellent stay
