The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. The meter will be read both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Very nice place in Mallorca. We were there for my Dad's 60th birthday. When we opened the door there was a ensaiimada waiting for us with a happy birthday sign.
If you want to spend the best holidays in Mallorca this is the ideal place. This all supsee more

We had a fantastic weeks family holiday at Villa Bonaire. Lenka was very helpful giving local suggestions for restaurants and beaches as well as sharing some great local food with us. The property is very nicely furnished and the separate kitchen area in addition and aslo bbq was great. The pool was a great size and the garden gives you real privacy. With a car you can easily reach Alcudia in 5 minutes and other towns and beaches in 20 minutes Perfect for 8 people, we had great weather but there was plenty of shade and a nice breeze too. Thanks for a great stay! |

We had a wonderful time at this great house. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. Every day we enjoyed our food at the terrace. The surrounding is really calm and it was a perfect stay. Just a few minutes walk you reach the sea, a small portsee more

Just a few minutes walk you reach the sea, a small port, a really relaxing restaurant (5 Oceanos - great drinks, great food), a supermarket and two beautiful bays. The House was perfect for our stay and i think we will come back!

Lenka was helpful when booking including organising our transfers from the airport for us. We found the location good, a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to a great little shop with all the basic things you would need as well as a restaurasee more
