The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any need, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. The meter will be read both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day, in addition if possible you have the option of adding a protective fence to the pool for the price of €13 per linear meter.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Wir sind am ersten Tag sehr nett empfangen worden, Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl und werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte wirklich nichts. Die Betten sind super bequem, ausreichend Kissen und Decken waren vorhanden. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber und Platz war reichlich. Insgesamt haben wir wirklich einen sehr entspannten Urlaub genießen können. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Peter, er war immer ansprechbar, wenn es Fragen gab und war immer nett und hilfsbereit.
