– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are not included in the rental price and amount to €180. This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay. No additional charges will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator before departure.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €25 per night, payable upon departure.
Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.

There were six of us and we had a very pleasant stay at Casa Rewa. The location, close to the harbour and the beach, meant we could easily get around on foot. The house is spacious and comfortable, with enough room for everyone. The terrace with sea see more
There were six of us and we had a very pleasant stay at Casa Rewa. The location, close to the harbour and the beach, meant we could easily get around on foot. The house is spacious and comfortable, with enough room for everyone. The terrace with sea views was one of our favourite places to relax. Everything worked well and it was clean and tidy. Overall, a highly recommended option for enjoying the area in peace and quiet.
