Laia House is a comfortable semi-detached house for 6 people in Can Picafort, located in a safe and quiet area, just a short walk from the beach and the seafront promenade. It is an ideal choice for families or groups looking for a practical, well-located stay with outdoor spaces to enjoy the fresh air.

- The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as the final cleaning of the property. The property is handed over completely clean, tidy and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
- 24-hour assistance is provided throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any requirements, and at night we attend to urgent matters to ensure guests’ peace of mind.
- Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, who will provide a full introduction to the property, answer any questions and hand over and collect the keys.
- Upon booking, guests will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all of which are integrated into the booking confirmation.
Rules and timetable: Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Parties, events and pets are not permitted.
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guest from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay. No charge will be made to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be disposed of in advance at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodation is required to charge guests aged 16 and over the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, to be paid on departure. The meter will be read on arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where it is possible to add an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Note 5. Check-in after 10.00 pm incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50; however, there is the option of self-check-in with a welcome from staff the following day. Where late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability, the cost will be €90 until 13:00 and €160 until 16:00.

Laia's House has all the amenities you could want, with plenty of outdoor space. It is in a great location near the water and the main street, but with low traffic and quiet neighbours. It's very comfortable for a relaxing vacation!

We returned to Laia House in 2020 for the second year in a row, and will hopefully get back there for the next vacation
We like the place, it is close to everything but far from the noise and crowds. I personally love the sea view from the terracesee more

We like the place, it is close to everything but far from the noise and crowds. I personally love the sea view from the terrace on the third floor. We appreciated the weekly cleaning service, the rich kitchen equipment, the no-joke air conditioning, and the literal abundance of the clean towels. And special thanks to property manager Juan for the quick solving of all our requests, and for the proactive help with the internet I hope you guys will overcome the difficult corona-times and see you next year, hopefully without the masks. |

Someone blocked the parking lot with their cars a couple of times. "No Parking" sign would probably be helpful, even unofficial, manually painted one.
And the key-lock for the main bedroom door... It would bring even more romantic mood to parents see more

The villa is well located in a nice area and within walking distance to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, beaches etc. We had a car and didn´t have any problems getting a parking space right outside the house. The villa itself is fantastic - spacious, bright, clean, modern, stylish and very well equipped. The bedrooms are neat with comfortable beds. e felt comfortable in the villa and had a very enjoyable stay thanks to Juan.
