Blue Carabela is a beautiful apartment located in the best area of Port Alcudia, facing the beach, which benefits from a light sea breeze that refreshes the hot summer days. This apartment can accommodate 4 people. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and is fully equipped.
The bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other has two single beds, there is also a new sofa bed, ideal for two people -150x190-. It has two bathrooms. It has a beautiful living room with comfortable furniture and Smart-TV. The kitchen is open and fully equipped and has modern appliances. From the living room through glass doors you have access to the terrace, there you can find a dining table and chairs to enjoy your meal outdoors. The apartment has a shared pool with sun loungers, this area has an exclusive use for the guests of this building. Highly recommended for a pleasant holiday near the sea!
Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.
Note 5.
Keep in mind there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h.
