– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. The meter will be read both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

The location is excellent: just a few minutes' walk from Can Picafort beach and very well situated for exploring both the coastline and the nearby s'Albufera Natural Park. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning and a balcony, which makes it especially comfortable during the hottest days. |

Les trois chambres étaient confortables, et les deux salles de bain ont rendu le séjour très pratique. La cuisine avait tout ce qu’il fallait, et le salon était parfait pour se détendre après une journée à la plage. Le vrai plus : la terrasse privée sur le toit, parfaite pour les couchers de soleil sous le ciel majorquin. L’emplacement à Can Picafort est top, proche des plages et des commerces Un logement que nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour paisible et agréable à Can Picafort |

We spent a fantastic week at Apartment Son Janer in Can Picafort from July 5th to July 12th, 2025, traveling as a family of four. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way spacious, bright, and perfectly located.
The layout was ideal for our family, with three comfortable bedrooms. Our kids loved the room with the pull-out bed, it felt like their own little hideaway. Having two full bathrooms, including one en-suite, made mornings super convenient. The air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms was a lifesaver during the warm days. Can Picafort is a perfect for us, beautiful beaches, clear waters, and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. In a windy day, we also took a day trip to the nearby Albufera Natural Park, which was a great nature escape for the kids. |

I stayed here with my coworker and our respective partners while working remotely for a week. Wifi was stable, and there was enough space to work during the day and relax after. I especially liked the natural light in the living room and the balconiesee more

Como detalhe a ter em conta, o apartamento fica no segundo andar sem elevador e nós tínhamos um bebé de 1 ano, mas uma vez lá em cima, agradecemos a tranquilidade e a boa iluminação do local. No geral, ficámos muito satisfeitos e não hesitaríamos em voltar. |
