Surrounded by white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and close to the Albufera Natural Park, Can Picafort offers a perfect mix of Mediterranean relaxation, outdoor activities, and local gastronomy.
The apartment is ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people. It features three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed plus a pull-out bed, perfect for children or extra guests. Both living room and bedrooms have airconditioning.
There are two full bathrooms with showers, one of them en-suite, offering privacy and convenience for everyone.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a breakfast table. The living-dining room is spacious and welcoming, with a large dining table and a comfortable sofa to relax after a day at the beach.
The apartment also offers two wide balconies with pleasant views, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and natural light that fills every corner of the space.
A spiral staircase leads to your own private rooftop terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue — the ideal spot for sunset dinners or peaceful moments under the Mallorcan sky.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/KwH to be paid on departure.
Note 6 In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
