The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

We were three couples staying at this apartment in Puerto de Alcúdia, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The location couldn’t be better, right by the harbour, just steps from the sea. We loved how easy it was to walk everywhere: to the beach during the day, and to the cool harbour bars and restaurants at night. No need for a car, everything was close enough to stroll back after a fun evening out.
During our stay, we organised a sunset outing just in front of the apartment, the view was amazing, and a diving trip in the area, which was super convenient thanks to the location. As a group who loves water activities, we couldn’t have asked for more. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with a lovely terrace overlooking the port. Every morning we’d grab fresh bread and pastries from the nearby bakery “Horno de Tomás” and enjoy breakfast on the sunny balcony, the perfect start to our days. Altogether, it was an unforgettable stay combining sea, sunsets, and great local life. We’d definitely recommend this apartment! |

We recently stayed at Apartamento Maritim and absolutely fell in love with it. I’ve known Puerto Alcudia since childhood, my parents and grandparents used to take me to a hotel nearby every summer, so coming back felt like a warm embrace from the past. This time, I came with my husband, our children, and our baby, and the apartment was just perfect for us.
Having a fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to prepare meals for the baby, and the elevator was a lifesaver for the stroller. The building is quiet, with very few neighbors, and one lovely neighbor even recommended Can Punetes, where we had the most delicious croquettes, and the service is so nice. The sunny balcony was our favorite place. The kids were mesmerized by the boats in the harbor, and in the evenings, my husband and I would sit out there, watching the lights dance on the water while the little ones slept peacefully inside. We walked to the beach every day—it’s just a short stroll away. This apartment has truly become our new summer home. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! |
