The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

We stayed at Apartamento Bonaire and had a very good experience. The flat was just as it appears in the photos: clean, comfortable and with everything you need.
There is background music, but it always stops at 11 pm, so you can rest without any prosee more
We stayed at Apartamento Bonaire and had a very good experience. The flat was just as it appears in the photos: clean, comfortable and with everything you need.
There is background music, but it always stops at 11 pm, so you can rest without any problems. During our stay, the water heater broke, but it was completely fixed the next day, which shows how attentive and quick the team is. The location is also excellent, ideal for getting around and enjoying the area. In short, a highly recommended place to stay: beautiful, well located and with fast and attentive service. |

Our host Joan was incredibly attentive and helped us with any questions and issues we had, providing detailed recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartments themselves were exactly as depicted in the photos—modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. There were 5 of us and the flat is quite comfortable even for such a large group. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The combination of a peaceful location, excellent amenities, and a caring host made our vacation truly memorable :) |

Vi har haft en jätteskön vecka i denna underbara lägenheten. Den är smakfullt inredd och mycket bekväm med havsutsikt samt mycket rent och välskött.
Lägenheten ligger nära hamnområdet i Bonaire-kvarteret utanför Alcudia. Med gångavstånd till några fantastiska och mer okända sandstränder vid Pollensabukten och vacker utsikt över bergen, är den verkligen bra belägen. Vi hade allt vi behövde i grannskapet: Sola, bada och äta ute, allt finns där. I samma byggnad finns en välkänd restaurang där vi åt de bästa risottos, ofta följt av några cocktails i chill-out-loungen på andra sidan gatan. Allt som allt har vi haft en jättemysig semester, och vi skulle definitivt komma tillbaka om tillfälle gavs! Vi tackar er så mycket för all er hjälp och goda service! |

Nous sommes partis entre amis pour notre voyage de fin d'année et notre séjour à l' appartement Bonaire a été fantastique. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et très confortable, parfait pour que nous puissions tous bien nous reposer après chaque journée d'activités.
L'emplacement était idéal : il est proche de tout et nous avons pu nous déplacer facilement à pied. Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié, c'est la visite de "la Cala Cocodrilo", que nous avons adorée pour son calme et sa grotte naturelle, où nous avons passé un bon moment à explorer et à prendre des photos. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience très positive. L'appartement est pratique, bien situé et était idéal pour passer notre voyage de fin d'année avec des amis. Je le recommande vivement ! |

Ubytovali jsme se v apartmánu „Bonaire“ s úmyslem strávit pár klidných dní v Alcúdiu a byli jsme nadšení. Poloha je obzvláště příjemná: v klidné, velmi poklidné oblasti, což nám umožnilo odpočívat bez hluku a stresu. Zároveň to bylo jen kousek od slusee more
Ubytovali jsme se v apartmánu „Bonaire“ s úmyslem strávit pár klidných dní v Alcúdiu a byli jsme nadšení. Poloha je obzvláště příjemná: v klidné, velmi poklidné oblasti, což nám umožnilo odpočívat bez hluku a stresu. Zároveň to bylo jen kousek od služeb, pláže a vybavení, což bylo velmi pohodlné.
Jedna věc se nám velmi líbila: přímo naproti budově má kancelář potápěčská společnost. Bylo velmi snadné si výlet objednat a zážitek z pozorování mořského dna a šnorchlování byl fantastický – bonus, který naši dovolenou ještě více zpříjemnil. |
